I am proud to have an extensive background in the field of Massage Therapy. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy in the Philippines and gained four years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Honolulu, Hawai'i. While attending Remington College in Hawai'i, I was honored with the Highest Honor Award in Massage Therapy Diploma. Additionally, I am a Certified Personal Trainer by National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF).

In 2018, I was recognized as Massage Therapist of the Year, representing the Southern Virginia Region. My reputation as an efficient therapist who is knowledgeable about Anatomy and Physiology precedes me, and I specialize in a variety of massage modalities, including Neuromuscular, Orthopedic, Sports, Prenatal/Post Partum, Therapeutic, and Relaxation. I take pride in incorporating excellent manual skills into my treatments to ensure my clients receive the best possible care.

Czarina is an amazing massage therapist! She doesn't just slap oil on you and go though the motions with the same cookie-cutter technique, she can actually feel what your body needs and tailors each area.
I have been seeing Czarina for years now. Since becoming pregnant, she has been my go to bi-weekly for prenatal massages. I love every second of the massage. She uses different techniques than a normal massage to ease the pains of pregnancy. She also has a special pillow that allows you to lay on your stomach. I used it for a few sessions and decided to switch to laying on my side. Czarina accommodated my request and even provided a body pillow to help with my positioning. 10 out 10 recommend Czarina for prenatal massages!!

She first went over the scents/oils that she offer's .She goes over everything you need to know from the.bed to dressing to your comfort level. Miss Czarina is kind enough to offer water and tea before and after your session. She asked me what areas I wanted her to focus on and that’s exactly what she did. She does such a great job at what she does I felt like a new person when I left there! I definitely recommend going there!!
